BIM/VDC Model Coordination
Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) are processes used to improve collaboration between the design, construction, and operation teams. We use state-of-the-art techniques and best practices to develop sustainable MEP designs and solutions for mechanical and plumbing systems.
Lead Coordination / Clash Detection
We can represent your trade and/or lead the BIM coordination meetings, where we work to solve clashes between the Architect, Structural, and MEP trade partners. We pride ourselves on looking at every job with constructability in mind, including clearances for installation and maintenance.
3D Laser Scanning
Laser scanning allows you to accurately acquire millions of real-world data points and removes the need for traditional field hand measurements. These data points are compiled and stitched together to create a 3D point cloud model. We provide laser scanning services with point cloud data deliverables for most any project or building.
